PAYMENT INFORMATION

For credit card payments, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit card charges are billed discreetly as “Health Tech”.

For your convenience, we accept wire transfers via Western Union. For wire transfer instructions, please call to speak to a customer service representative Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping methods for deliveries within the United States:

Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be sent via UPS Ground.

Orders are sent in plain and discreet packaging.

UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes – UPS must have your physical street address for delivery.

Same day shipping for all orders placed by 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5 PM EST will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on Sunday and Saturday will not be shipped until the following business day. UPS does not ship on the following holidays:

All orders are shipped “signature required”. UPS will make three attempts to deliver the package. After the third delivery attempt, the package will automatically be returned to us. Once a package is returned back to our office, a company credit for the product amount (excluding shipping) will be issued to the customer.

International Shipping:
For Canadian Orders, please contact our exclusive Canadian distributor, Woodstock at 1-800-330-4367.

For International Orders, we use the United States Postal Service for fast and reliable service.

Health Tech is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, or confiscated packages.

Insurance
Insurance may be purchased for an additional $3.00. If you purchase the optional insurance and your order is lost, stolen, or damaged we will immediately send you a replacement order. For packages that are not insured, claims will be filed with UPS on behalf of the customer, which may take up to 6 weeks to be resolved.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange a Clear Choice® product for any other product that we offer. Please note the customer is responsible for paying the price difference between the products (if applicable) and the cost of shipping. Please contact a customer service representative for a return authorization number. We will not accept any packages that do not have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. No refunds for any unused products.
